Odysseas’ team participated in the SENSE project partners meeting. funded by the Horizon Europe programme of the European Union. The meeting took place in the first week of October in Tbilisi, Georgia and was hosted by our partners WECF.

The initial topic of discussion was the completion of the third work package aimed at highlighting STEAM education and the existing knowledge. During the discussions, the needs of educators were identified, while developing the project methodology. Part of the meeting was dedicated to the upcoming STEAM Labs that will be implemented by each partner, as well as to workshops that highlight the importance of STEAM approach in the educational process. The last day of the meeting was dedicated to visiting Akhmeta Innovation Center, a local partner in Georgia. The aim of the center is to help local residents, private businesses, and local governments to increase their knowledge in the fields of innovation and technology, as well as business. The children participating in the center’s activities welcomed us and presented us with their STEM constructions while participating in the STEAM activity prepared by the SENSE team. On the same day, the group visited the space Ushikishvilis Marani and participated in the production of Churchkhela, a local Georgian product.
