Maria has a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she is a LL.M. candidate of Public International Law with specialisation in Humanitarian Law in Leiden University, The Netherlands. She has worked a Legal Researcher and Associate in organisation specialised in Human Rights in Africa. Since 2021, she has been working as an EU Project Manager. During her work, she has been involved as a key expert in various projects regarding the modernisation of VET in Greece, Europe and Asia, DG REFORM projects and Capacity Building in Higher Education. She is specialised in development and management of proposals that promote Gender Equality and Gender Mainstreaming in education and the private sector.
