Sales representatives are responsible for selling a company’s products or services through explaining how a product works or what services are available. They provide sales materials such as brochures or pamphlets, creates sales leads and follows up with new customers. A sales representative can work in a wide variety of industries, such as telecommunications, automobile, pharmaceutical, retail, insurance or financial services, to name a few.

 

The course will help the participants learn how to better understand customers’ needs, enhance communication with clients, provide effective feedback and improve client interactions. The participants will gain the ability to make a successful sales presentation, one where the clients understand them and focus on the most important points.
