The training programme “Crafting a Future Together: Empowering Local Artisans and Migrants with Design Thinking, Soft Skills, and Intercultural Collaboration” will be implemented by Odyssea and ELISAVA University. In this you will have the opportunity to develop your social skills such as empathy, cooperation and interculturalism, to get in touch with the basic principles of design and carpentry, as well as the basics of entrepreneurship. You will also have the opportunity to visit other organisations working in the specific field of crafts and entrepreneurship, create a project as a team and meet people with significant experience in the entrepreneurial field. 

 

Teaching language: Greek / English

Course duration: 112 hours

Implementation period: October 2024 – February 2025

Lessons per week: 1-2 lessons

A few words about INTERCRAFT:

The training programme is implemented in the framework of the Erasmus+ INTERCRAFT European project, which aims to promote the social integration of people with a migrant background in the local community of the region in which they reside, enhancing intercultural dialogue through the exchange of traditional knowledge and the practice of “learning together” derived from crafts.
