A sales representative can work in a wide variety of industries, such as telecommunications, automobile, pharmaceutical, retail, insurance or financial services, to name a few.
The course will help the participants learn how to understand customers’ needs better, enhance communication with clients, provide effective feedback and improve client interactions.
