At Odyssea, our mission is to empower vulnerable youth by bridging the gap between education and employment, enabling them to unlock their full potential. We are committed to fostering resilience, compassion, integrity, and innovation, believing that every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through targeted vocational training and holistic support, we nurture each individual’s strength and independence, striving to build a society where everyone can contribute meaningfully. TODAY, 2 IN 5 YOUNG PEOPLE IN GREECE
ARE UNEMPLOYED AND 40% OF YOUNG PEOPLE
BETWEEN 16 AND 34 YEARS OLD ARE AT RISK
OF POVERTY OR SOCIAL EXCLUSION.
Odyssea works with economically and socially vulnerable young people to help
them gain the skills and confidence they need to get a job, realize their goals and
aspirations, and become productive members in society.
