Hotel employees generate capital by ensuring the possibility of constant business based on guests’ feedback and satisfaction. All departments or aspects of a hotel depend on one another in order to provide the best of service. A breakdown in function of any of these areas disrupts the flow of operations and causes a ripple effect that inhibits the organization’s ability to optimize its business.


This course aims to offer people who want to work in the field of Hospitality (Hotel, Tourism, F&B) a solid knowledge on a wide range of jobs and tasks, namely hotel and front desk organization, reception, housekeeping, food and beverage service, maintenance, security. Participants will also get in touch with the essentials of Sales-Marketing, Finance and Human Resources and will learn the secrets of what is called professional behavior / appearance.
