Charoula is a Social Anthropologist – job counselor & entrepreneurship, she is responsible for the employability department in Odyssea. The main part of this responsibility is the collaboration with companies to note down the job positions that need to be filled and at the same time cooperation with the academy department for the creation of tailor-made courses. In addition, collaboration with other stakeholders, Municipalities, NGOs and educational institutions with the aim of informing about the services we offer and the exchange of know-how and good practices.

She cooperates with Odyssea’s management team for the effective operation of the department and the development of new processes, supervises employability officers’ work, she monitors and evaluates the employability department’s procedure, she plans employability events.

Finally, she supports employability services, especially in Psychometrics consulting and successful job matching.
