Youth Activation

Activating the potential of every young person

Youth Activation

Youth Activation at Odyssea is about empowerment. We help young people find their voice, build essential skills, and lead meaningful change in their communities. Engaging youth in civic, social and leadership experiences that build confidence, purpose and community impact.

Why It Matters

In Greece, 2 in 5 young  people struggle with unemployment, social exclusion and low access to opportunities. Youth often feel disconnected from civic and economic life.

Odyssea’s Youth Activation programs bridge this gap by offering creativity, connection, leadership development and real pathways toward education, volunteering or employment.
