How to volunteer, mentor, and what to expect.

Volunteers and mentors with industry experience, language skills or teaching ability can support CV clinics, mentoring, classroom support and remote coaching.

Fill the volunteer form on our Volunteer page; we’ll follow up with an onboarding call and DBS/ID checks where needed.

Both — we support remote mentoring as well as in-person sessions, depending on volunteer preference and participant needs.

Yes — we provide short training on coaching, safeguarding and inclusion before placement.

Commitments vary — typical mentoring schemes ask for 1–2 hours per week for 3–6 months; short-term events are also available.
