Promotion of the Integration of the Refugee Population into the Labour Market
The RRF Project is a high-impact initiative designed to facilitate the smooth entry of refugees and migrants into the Greek labor market. This project is implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in collaboration with the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, with Odyssea serving as a strategic implementing partner for vocational training and employment services.
By combining governmental oversight, international expertise in migration management, and specialized hands-on training, we provide a direct and dignified pathway to economic self-reliance.
To date, more than 3000 participants have completed their vocational training through this project, which commenced in November 2025.
Funding: The action is implemented in the framework of National Recovery and Resilience Greece 2.0 with the funding of the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
