Solution
The project empowers vulnerable women and youth with disabilities and builds their career paths in the world of work, focusing on the digital economy and on professional sectors where women are under-represented. It works across three connected levels: integration support that builds soft skills, empowerment and career orientation for work readiness; tailor-made vocational courses that deliver the hard skills employers need; and employability services that carry participants through to a job. Together these strengthen economic independence, promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and foster more inclusive communities.
