
PULSE
The PULSE project aims to strengthen the capacity of vocational education and training (VET) centers in Tunisia, Morocco, and Libya to foster entrepreneurial spirit among both educators and learners. It seeks to enhance employability and entrepreneurial skills through innovative pedagogical methods, digital resources, and SmartLabs. The project will integrate work-based learning, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation into VET curricula to address skills gaps, youth unemployment, and informal employment challenges in the region.

Milestones
- Mapping & Analysis – Identify gaps and best practices in VET systems in Tunisia, Morocco, and Libya.
- Development of Training Materials – Create entrepreneurship-focused VET curricula, including digital and soft skills.
- Capacity-Building for Trainers – Provide professional development for VET educators on innovative teaching methodologies.
- Implementation of SmartLabs – Establish entrepreneurial learning spaces within VET centers to foster creativity, mentorship, and incubation of business ideas.
- International Exchange & Knowledge Sharing – Facilitate peer learning between African and European partners.
- Pilot Testing & Evaluation – Implement and assess the newly developed training programs and SmartLabs.
- Sustainability & Expansion – Develop action plans for long-term integration of entrepreneurial education into national VET strategies.
