About The Project
The On My Feet project is designed to empower and equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to succeed in an ever-changing global environment. Focused on nurturing the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals, the project offers tailored education and training programs that help adolescents develop critical 21st-century skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. The project also emphasizes the importance of inclusion, promoting awareness and understanding of diversity while fostering an environment where differences are celebrated. By guiding adolescents in identifying their strengths, talents, and career aspirations, On My Feet helps them make informed decisions about their future paths. At the heart of the project is a Self-Development Course, which takes participants through a journey of self-discovery, talent identification, and vision-building, empowering them to confidently shape their personal and professional lives with purpose and clarity.
