FYLL
About The Project
The FYLL project (Fair Youth Labor Label) is an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU Small-Scale Partnership initiative aimed at strengthening youth employability and promoting fair and responsible labor practices. The project responds to high levels of undeclared, precarious, and low-paid work among young people in Cellole (Italy), Aegina (Greece), and Sofia (Bulgaria). Through a series of workshops, awareness campaigns, and policy recommendations, FYLL seeks to empower young workers with knowledge about labor rights while engaging entrepreneurs in ethical employment practices. A key outcome of the project is the creation of the Fair Youth Labor Label, a certification recognizing businesses committed to fair and sustainable labor.
