The ECO-JOBS project (Eco-innovation in the job market for VET students) is an Erasmus+ KA220-VET initiative aimed at promoting green skills and sustainability in vocational education and training (VET). The project focuses on equipping students with multidisciplinary skills to address climate change challenges, fostering eco-entrepreneurship, and bridging the gap between VET and the labor market. Through business simulations, digital learning tools, and career guidance for teachers, ECO-JOBS seeks to prepare young people for emerging green professions. The project will develop eco-job profiles, an eco-business model canvas, and virtual collaborative spaces to support transnational teamwork and innovation.
