Eureka Job Fair ATH 2026: 929 participants and 27 companies created a dynamic two-day event of career opportunities at Technopolis

Odyssea completed the Eureka Job Fair ATH 2026, with strong attendance reaching almost 1,000 participants. The event is part of the Bridging the Skills Gap programme, run jointly by the Swiss State Secretariat for Migration and Greece’s Ministry of Migration and Asylum under the Swiss–Greek Cooperation Programme 2023–2026, which aims to reduce economic and social inequalities in the EU.

The two-day event took place on 31 January and 1 February 2026 at Technopolis of the City of Athens. It brought job seekers into direct contact with 27 companies from key sectors of the economy, including tourism, hospitality, construction, and customer service.

At the same time, participants joined practical career-readiness workshops, such as CV writing, interview preparation, and soft skills development, which helped them get better prepared for the labor market.

The themed panel discussions were also lively. They included public institutions, market representatives, and event partners. The panels highlighted job opportunities in key sectors, business needs, and current employment trends.

Eureka Job Fair ATH 2026 once again confirmed the value of linking skills with the labor market. It made a real contribution to employability and social inclusion.

The successful delivery of the Eureka Job Fair was supported by Odyssea’s partners, who invest in young people and combine HR strategy with social impact. In the Changemakers – Gold Sponsor category participated: Kariera, Mitsis Group, Empiria Group, Conrad Athens The Ilisian, and Valsamidis A.T.E.A.
