Odyssea brings to Thessaloniki for the first time the Eureka Job Fair SKG, which will take place on November 21 and 22, 2025, at Warehouse C, in the Port of Thessaloniki. The Eureka Job Fair SKG is implemented within the framework of the “Bridging the Skills Gap” program of the Ministry of Migration and Asylum, funded by the Swiss Government. The event will be open to the public from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days.

Its goal is to create direct connections between job seekers and companies operating in key sectors of the economy, such as tourism, catering, construction, transportation, customer service, and many more. This major event follows the success of three previous editions held in Athens in recent years.

During the two-day event, visitors will have the opportunity to speak directly with employers, participate in interviews, and explore career opportunities across different industries. At the same time, the program will include workshops and talks aimed at enhancing participants’ skills and better preparing them for the job market.

The experience from previous editions in Athens demonstrates the strong impact of this initiative. The most recent Eureka Job Fair gathered over 350 candidates and dozens of companies, resulting in more than 1,000 interviews and hundreds of job offers.

With its debut in Thessaloniki, Eureka Job Fair SKG aspires to become a key employment event in Northern Greece, highlighting the importance of equal access to employment, as well as the value of inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
