Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation

This is a Greek philanthropic foundation established to act as a catalyst on important issues concerning Greece and Hellenism. John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation

Piraeus Bank

The Hellenic Initiative (THI)

THI is a global nonprofit organization that unites the Greek diaspora and philhellenes (friends of Greece) to support Greece’s sustainable economic recovery and renewal. Founded in 2012, THI mobilizes resources for impactful programs ranging from humanitarian aid to entrepreneurship, strengthening communities and nurturing future leaders in the process. Aigeas AMKE

Aigeas is a Non-Profit Civil Company (AMKE) for Culture and Welfare founded in 2015 by Athanassios and Marina Martinos to channel their extensive philanthropic work. The organization supports a wide array of charitable initiatives in Greece – modernizing and renovating hospitals, preserving cultural and religious heritage, supporting education and lifelong learning, funding scientific research, and improving social welfare. TIMA Charitable Foundation

TIMA is a philanthropic foundation that awards grants to support Greek nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of the elderly. Active Citizens Fund (EEA Grants)

Active Citizens Fund is an initiative funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway to strengthen civil society and active citizenship across Europe. Implemented in multiple countries (including Greece) as part of the EEA and Norway Grants, its core objective is to empower vulnerable groups and build a robust civic sector. The Shapiro Foundation

The Shapiro Foundation is a private family foundation dedicated to supporting the world’s most vulnerable people, especially refugees and displaced families. Founded by Ed and Barbara Shapiro in Boston, it has spent over two decades partnering with organizations worldwide to provide humanitarian aid, education, and resettlement opportunities to those in need. In recent years the foundation has focused heavily on refugee resettlement and integration, working across continents to offer hope, safety, and a brighter future to children and families uprooted by crisis.
