For many restaurants, kitchen assistants are an important part of the preparation of the food that comes out of the kitchen. They work under the direction of a head cook and each is usually assigned a specific part of the production, such as baking, boiling, making broths or preparing vegetables. They usually have several side duties in the kitchen as well that focus on keeping it clean and functional.
Successful graduates will have the chance to interview for roles as Kitchen Assistants at the renowned Bluegr Hotels & Resorts, specifically at their Crete hotel, with positions available from April to October. Interview participation is guaranteed and a percentage of participants will be hired.
