The aim of the program is to provide participants with all the necessary skills required to work as professional Baristas/Bartenders. The knowledge they will acquire is both practical and theoretical, as they will be taught the know-how needed to practice the profession effectively, while also gaining hands-on experience by working in a fully equipped professional environment.

  • Introduction to the profession of Barista / Basic Principles of Bartending
  • Coffee Theory, Equipment and Maintenance / Raw Materials and Products: Knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and consumables
  • Tools: Use of shaker, jigger, muddler, strainer, and other bar tools
  • Techniques for the Preparation and Serving of Coffees & Beverages according to recipes and quality standards
  • Mixology Techniques: Learning methods such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering, and creating drinks according to seasonality
  • Proper Selection and Use of Garnishes to enhance appearance and flavor
  • Customer Service & Development of Communication Skills
  • Hygiene, Safety & Workstation Organization
  • Inventory Management
  • Legal Obligations and Professional Responsibility
  • Practice & Simulations of a Real Working Environment
