The Training Programme aims to equip participants with the skills required to become professional Baristas and Bartenders. Participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge, mastering the basics of their profession and gaining hands-on experience in a well-equipped training facility. The programme covers a wide range of important topics, from coffee brewing to cocktail making.

Barista Training

• Introduction to the role of the Barista
• Coffee theory & beverage types
• Equipment usage & maintenance
• Preparation techniques for espresso, cappuccino, latte, freddo, etc.
• Basic principles of Latte Art
• Preparation of chocolate drinks, smoothies, syrups & toppings
• Hygiene, safety & workstation organization
• Customer service & communication
• Inventory management
• Hands-on training with professional equipment & simulated work environments

Bartender Training

Topics Covered:

• Role & responsibilities of the bartender
• Bar equipment & correct use of tools
• Mixing techniques: shaking, stirring, muddling, layering
• Types of glassware & garnishes
• Cocktail creation based on seasonality & customer preferences
• Drink sales & promotion techniques
• Professional appearance & behavior
