Founder's Note
Odyssea was created from a simple but urgent belief: that every young person, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to shape their own future. We exist to remove the barriers that keep vulnerable youth from accessing education, skills development, and meaningful employment. Through practical training, mentorship, and strong connections with the labor market, we work to create real pathways to independence and dignity. Our vision is to build a world where all young people thrive by realizing their full potential. Our mission is to ensure that young people have equal opportunities in society by harnessing the power of knowledge for employment and personal development.
