The Campus

Located in Renti, Athens, the Odyssea Academy is a state-of-the-art 600m² campus designed to equip individuals with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in today’s job market.

Completed in 2020, the Academy features modern training facilities that replicate real-world professional environments — giving learners hands-on experience in settings that mirror the workplaces they aspire to join.

Our training spaces are purpose-built to inspire growth, creativity, and collaboration, supporting Odyssea’s mission to make quality education and employability accessible to all.

Our Facilities

Exhibition Space

A multi-use open area designed for talks, lectures, and exhibitions. All furniture and fixtures were built in-house by Odyssea’s own workshop team — demonstrating our commitment to circular design and self-reliance.

 

Simulation

Practical learning environments where participants train in technical fields like plumbing, electrical work, painting, and construction. These fully equipped zones are designed to reflect the conditions of real job sites, offering hands-on experience and confidence.

 

Workshop

Our in-house maker lab features a professional woodworking area, CNC routers, 3D printers, and digital fabrication tools. These spaces allow learners to experiment, prototype, and build—developing technical skills while fostering creativity and innovation.

 

Kitchen

A professional-grade kitchen fitted with the same tools and appliances found in high-end restaurants and hotels. It serves as the main training ground for culinary courses, and supports our wider community programmes like the Social Kitchen.

 

Hospitality

Fully immersive training areas replicating hotel workspaces, including a staged hotel room with bedroom, bathroom, and lounge areas. Participants train in hospitality operations, housekeeping, front-of-house service, and more.

 

Classrooms

Bright, modern classrooms designed for collaborative learning. These are used for theory sessions, career coaching, soft skills development, and digital literacy training.
