Odyssea will gather candidates from our pool of beneficiaries who best match the profiles needed. These candidates will be evaluated, skill assessed and proposed for potential employees.
4. Monitoring
Odyssea will follow up on the performance and behavior of the hired candidates and monitor the performance to ensure a high-quality collaboration.
Tailor Made Course
1. Requirements
If your company has a number of job positions with similar requirements, which you cannot fill, Odyssea can identify suitable candidates and train them to fulfill the needs of those positions.
2. Explore opportunities
Once your request has been received, The Academy Program manager will seek a meeting with you, to present you with oll the opportunities available for our collaboration.
3. Potential candidates
Once the training is complete, you will be presented with the best candidates for the job positions offered.
4. Monitoring
Odyssea will follow up on the performance and behavior of the hired candidates and monitor the performance to ensure a high-quality collaboration.
